VIP Pro Travel ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form or message us through the private link we send you, we collect:
- Identity: your name and email address.
- Optional contact: phone number, if you choose to provide one.
- Trip details: the information you tell us about the trip you'd like us to plan.
- Technical: your IP address and basic browser information, retained briefly for anti-spam purposes.
Why we collect it
So we can plan your trip, communicate with you about it, and handle bookings with our suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground operators, charter operators, and similar). We do not use your information for marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
Only what's necessary to deliver the service you've asked for — typically the airline, hotel, or other supplier we're booking on your behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.
How we keep it
Your conversations with us are stored on our server in a private database, accessible only via a unique link sent to your email and via our internal admin (which is password-protected). We retain conversation records for as long as our working relationship is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and tax purposes.
Cookies
This site does not use third-party tracking cookies. We use minimal session cookies only when you're logged into a private conversation, to keep you signed in for the duration of your visit.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you what we have on file for you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your records (subject to any record-keeping obligations).

Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are stored on a server we control. The "magic link" we send you contains a long random token; treat it like any other private link, and don't forward it.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice in any substantive way, we will update the effective date at the top.
